Lena Sifversson
I am passionate and feel deep gratitude for being a co-traveler in the development of others, to create awareness that leads to increased self-awareness and all that it entails in a positive direction. I have throughout my professional life worked with some form of development in both leadership and co-operation. My long and broad experience means that I have a broad "toolbox" and know with me that I am a much appreciated course leader.
Has since 2007 contributed to better presentations through training in presentation technology and trained most of the leaders in e.g. communication, coaching leadership, difficult conversations. Also trained coaches for international certification.
Trained therapist and an infinite number of coaching hours at a professional level. The strength to combine my knowledge based on different therapy methods and coaching as well as my experience as a sales manager at Telia provides enormous added value for my participants.

Annelie Lindeberg
I am genuine, genuine, joyful, bubbly, energetic, focused, open and generous with a high presence and calm. I am passionate about people, health and their behaviors.
As a trained personal trainer, dietician, coach and masseur, I have an enormous joy and benefit from my training as a certified professional coach. Here I see the whole and with my large and wide toolbox I get the opportunity to meet the person and the individual where they are right now on their journey.

I have a genuine curiosity about human behavior & the power of self-leadership. My encounters with people from different environments, industries and cultures give me many valuable insights on how we can change our lives, behaviors and achieve sustainable change, success and happiness. Today I have about 3,400 individual conversation hours and over the years many training opportunities at several different levels within professional coaching & coaching leadership in both open and company-internal assignments, in personal & organizational development in both Swedish and English.

Yes, what should I say?
Joy. challenging, scary, amazing, different ... There's so much that comes to me in this moment. It has really been one of the greatest things I have done in my life. I met them because my employer decided it & was first averse to it. BUT yyyy what I very quickly changed my mind and what great rewards I have had since then. Continued with individual sessions & it's vital to me! Not least in my role as a leader.
